Overall Profile Description

The desired candidate should be a Marketing Generalist, who can apply a broad set of skills in support of the company’s marketing and brand strategies. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for excellence, and the vision and ability to deliver compelling marketing materials. This position reports to the VP Marketing, and will collaborate with many departments throughout the company to ensure all marketing needs are being met creatively and successfully. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling marketing content.
  • Plan, set up, organize, and provide marketing assistance for tradeshows, events, and conferences attended by company sales executive staff & leadership
  • Assist in the development of company communications, including PR
  • Liaise with PR agency regarding public relations activities
  • Assist with the creation of advertising, collateral and promotional materials, as required.
  • Develop and maintain document templates for use by other departments, assuring brand consistency across the company.
  • Plan, set-up, organize and attend photo and video shoots as required
  • Work directly with the Associate Management and Temp Hiring functions in support of various initiatives that require input or support from Marketing . Drive programs/initiatives to improve Associate Engagement and Retention and improve Resume Inflow of candidates seeking Temp Staffing jobs; Deliver programs in support of recruitment partner and vendor management and overall positioning of Teamlease as Great Place to work and a preferred Employer
  • Contribute to company’s social media presence.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns, in support of company brands.
  • Perform marketing research projects as needed by the business, including analysis of data.
  • Provide project management for overall general marketing activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar fields with at least two (10) years’ relevant marketing or public relations experience, preferably in services industry. Business-to-business experience preferred.
  • Practical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other publication tools are essential.
  • Ability to work well under stress with multiple deadlines.
  • Must be able work independently with a detailed focus to provide a finished product, while working on multiple, complex, projects and/or initiatives.
